Learned counsel for the appellant files rejoinder to the reply of the respondent no. 1.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that pursuant to the order of this Tribunal, he has already sent the notices to the respondents, which have been served and he shall file affidavit of service along with tracking report. Learned counsel further submits that according to the tracking report, all the respondents have duly been served, but no one has appeared on behalf of the respondents no. 2 to 4.
Let the affidavit of service along with tracking report by the learned counsel for the appellant and reply by the respondents be filed by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
