Learned counsel for the appellant files rejoinder to the reply filed by the respondent-Bank after serving copy of the same to the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, which is taken on record.
The office report dated 26.04.2022 shows that no one has appeared on behalf of the respondent nos. 2, 4, 5 & 6 and the affidavit of service also does not disclose that notices have been served, as there is no tracking report. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondent no. 2-firm has closed down and no relief is being claimed against the respondent nos. 2, 4, 5 & 6, as the only contesting respondent is respondent no. 1-Bank.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that the rejoinder affidavit has been served upon him today, therefore, he needs time to go through the same.
