Perusal of the earlier order dated 21.07.2022 shows that the respondent nos. 2 to 4 were given opportunity to file response to the stay application, which has not been done till date and none is present on behalf of the respondents today. It is further contended that pursuant to the earlier order dated 21.07.2022, an appropriate application has been moved before the concerned DRT, which is stated to be pending consideration.
The respondents may file reply by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
As prayed, list this case on 10.11.2022.
