Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is neither borrower nor guarantor, therefore, he has not received the notice under section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act. Learned counsel for the appellant corrects the double page numbering.
Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes that he will file the certified copy of the impugned order and signed copy of page no. 52 & 108. Learned counsel submits that the page no. 171 is attached with the memo, which is typed copy of page no. 172.
As such, all the defects have been reconciled.
Learned counsel for the appellant files one I.A. No. 07/2022 for stay the sale notice along with the urgency application.
