Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that two interim applications i.e. I.A. No. 03/2022 and I.A. No. 07/2022 have been filed by the appellant against the auction notices of different dates issued by the Bank. He further submits that no bid was received pursuant to the aforesaid two notices, therefore, the said I.As. have become infructuous, to which the appellant has no objection, if the same are dismissed.
In view of the aforesaid, both the I.As. filed by the appellant are dismissed.
Learned counsel for the appellant files an application along with certain documents, which by mistake could not be filed, after serving the same to the learned counsel for the respondentBank.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank seeks two weeks’ time to file reply and go through the documents, which have been filed today.
Learned counsel for the appellant presses the interim relief prayed in the memo of appeal.
