Shri Sandeep Arora, counsel for the respondent-Bank,
Learned counsel for the appellant presses the stay application stating that the Bank may take possession of the property in question at any time, therefore, he may be heard on the same, but the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he received the copy of stay application in yesterday’s night, therefore, he needs some time to go through the same.
Keeping in view the urgency shown by the learned counsel for the appellant, list this case tomorrow i.e. 06.05.2022 for hearing on the interim relief.
