Perusal of the order dated 26.11.2021 shows that the learned counsel for the appellant was granted three weeks’ time for taking steps for service of notices upon the respondents, which were taken and notices were sent to the respondents. However, as per office report dated 23.02.2022, neither A.D. card nor envelops have returned back from the respondents.
Let the fresh notices be issued to the respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and speed post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service be filed by the next date.
List this case on 04.05.2022 for service.
