The office report dated 06.07.2022 shows that pursuant to the earlier order dated 10.03.2022 of this Tribunal, notices sent to the respondent nos. 1 & 2 have duly been served, but the notices sent to the respondent nos. 3 & 4 have returned back with remarks “the firm is closed” & “left”. Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to takes steps within 15 days for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 3 & 4 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that copy of memo of appeal has not been given to him.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve a copy of memo upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank within a week, who may file reply by the next date.
