Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he has not been served with the copy of appeal, for which learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to serve the same during course of the day, who may file reply by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall take steps within 15 days for service of notice upon the remaining respondents through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Ordered accordingly. Affidavit along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
