Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that the respondent no. 4 is a suspended director and the matter is pending before the NCLT and CRP period has expired and liquidation application has not yet been filed, therefore, it is contended that the respondent no. 4 cannot be represented. With regard to the notice sent to the respondent no. 3, no proof of publication has been filed. Let the same be filed by the next date. Reply be also filed by the served respondents by the next date.
