Learned counsel for the appellant contends that without any notice or opportunity given to the appellant, the Bank has taken physical possession of the property in question, which was auctioned and no sale deed has been executed till date.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Auction Purchaser submits that the sale deed has already been executed.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that 3 days’ time may be granted to file response to the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant.
