Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 642/2022.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that due to inadvertent mistake, the date was fixed for 02.03.2023 instead of 30.11.2022. Since there is urgency in this matter, therefore, the matter may be preponed by giving a short date.
In view of the above, let the matter be preponed from 02.03.2023 to 14.12.2022. Accordingly, the urgency application stands disposed off.
