Learned counsel for the appellants has filed an affidavit on behalf of the appellants today, wherein it has been stated that the matter has been compromised between the parties before the Lok Adalat District Legal Services Authority, Meerut and according to the compromise, amount of Rs. 6.5 lacs has been paid to the respondent-Bank and nothing remain outstanding against the appellants. Copy of affidavit has been served upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank, who submits that he has no objection on the affidavit filed by the appellants.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants as the matter has been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat, therefore, the present appeal is dismissed with no order as to costs.
