Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the property has been auctioned by the respondent-Bank and sale has been confirmed as well as sale certificate has also been issued in favour of the auction purchaser, who is trying to create third party interest over the said property, therefore, there is urgency in the matter.
In view of the above, the urgency application is allowed and the matter is directed to be listed on 21.10.2022 for considering the interim relief.
