Learned counsel for the applicant has filed the present application for urgent hearing of the matter, stating that the order dated 28.10.2021 passed by the DRT, Jabalpur on the amendment application was challenged by the applicant before the Hon’ble High Court, Madhya Pradesh at Indore Bench and the Hon’ble High Court passed certain directions vide order dated 14.12.2021. It is contended that the applicant vide letter dated 06.01.2022 sought redemption of the properties under section 13(8) of the SARFAESI Act in order to comply with the order dated 06.01.2022 passed by the Hon’ble High Court. It is further contended that the respondent-Bank subsequently filed review petition no. 138/2022 seeking review of the order dated 14.12.2021 before the Hon’ble High Court passed in writ petition no. 24174/2021, which was dismissed vide order dated 11.02.2022. Thus, the applicant has filed an application for impleadment of successful bidder and redemption before this Tribunal and prays for urgent hearing.

Learned counsel for the applicant again serves the copy of I.As. No. 16/2022, 17/2022 and 33/2022 to Shri Supriy Mishra, counsel for the respondent-Bank, who may file reply by the next date.
