Learned counsel for the appellant contends that today the date is fixed for the auction of the property in question. It is contended that the appellant is a third party and has no concerned with the loan and no debt due is outstanding against him. The property which is being auctioned is undevided property and is a big property.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the only mortgaged property is being proceeded by the Bank and not any other property.

In view of the above, let the respondent-bank response to the submissions made in the appeal and whether any bid has been received or not by the next date.

A correction application has been moved today for correction of number of the S.A., the same is allowed. Let the necessary correction be carried out by the appellant during course of the day.
