The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal was allowed vide order dated 05.10.2021, therefore, the amount of pre-deposit Rs. 2.95 lacs be refunded to the applicant.
In view of the submission made by the counsel for the applicant, the amount deposited towards pre-deposit be refunded to the applicant at the earliest preferably within 15 days from today.
Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
