Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed the present misc. application for direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Lucknow for deciding the S.A. No. 423/2021 within the time as stipulated by this Tribunal.
In view of the above, the present application stands disposed off with the direction that the S.A. No. 423/2021 filed by the applicant, which is stated to be pending, be considered and decided by the DRT concerned in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of copy of this order.
