THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. Vide order dated 22nd March, 2022, Learned DRT-1, Kolkata was directed to submit compliance report of the order dated 12th December, 2017. Thereafter, a letter is received from the Registrar, DRT-1, Kolkata that complete case record is not available; wherein a direction was issued on 7th June, 2022 to the Registrar-in-Charge, DRT-1, Kolkata to hold a preliminary enquiry into the matter fixing responsibility for the loss and submit his report through Learned Presiding Officer, DRT-1, Kolkata by 21st June, 2022.
It appears that on the 22nd of March, 2022 this case was directed to be listed today.

Since report is to be submitted by tomorrow (21st June, 2022), the matter stands adjourned for the day.
In the meantime, Learned Presiding Officer, DRT-1, Kolkata is directed to reconstruct the lost documents and submit his report by 29th June, 2022.
