Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that vide Notification dated 4th of March, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, New Delhi, under the Amalgamation Scheme of 2020, Corporation Bank amalgamates with the Union Bank of India.
Learned Counsel to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title within seven days.
I.A. 81 of 2022 is allowed and stands disposed of.
Amended copy of the Memorandum of Appeal, being I.A. 82 of 2022, filed by the Appellant; taken on record. Copy be served upon the Respondent Bank, if not already served.
Pleading are complete. This is a very old matter. Learned Counsel for Appellant prays for, and is granted, adjournment.
