THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Presiding Officer, DRT-1, Kolkata, vide letter dated 28th June, 2022, informed that the record which was not available has been traced out. He has also warned to be careful in future the concerned employee and has placed remarks on his personal record.
It appears that Learned Presiding Officer has not complied with the orders dated 12th December, 2017 and 22nd March, 2022 wherein direction was issued to DRT-1 Kolkata to submit the details of the amount due on the date of resignation of the Appellant.
Learned Presiding Officer, DRT-1, Kolkata is expected to be more cautious about the direction made by the DRAT. However, he is allowed further four weeks time to submit the compliance report positively.
List the matter on 5th August, 2022 for further orders.
Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to Learned Presiding Officer, DRT-1, Kolkata immediately.
