THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Learned Counsel for the party submits that the matter for determination of debt as regard to Respondent No. 6 is concerned is listed before the Ld. DRT-1 Kolkata tomorrow.

A direction was issued to the concerned DRT vide order dated 12.12.2017 to determine the debt. It appears that more than five years has passed, but compliance report has yet not been received.

Learned DRT-1 Kolkata is hereby expected to submit the compliance report in compliance of the order dated 12.12.2017 within a period of three weeks positively. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned DRT-1 Kolkata forthwith by the Registry.
