THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. 154 of 2022
This is an application for impleadment of Respondent No. 5, the Auction Purchaser.
Learned Counsel for Respondent Bank objects to impleadment of the Auction Purchaser in the array of parties. However, going through the application, I find that sale deed has been annexed with the application which shows that the property in question has been sold and hence the Auction Purchaser is a necessary party.
Accordingly, the application is liable to be allowed and hence allowed.
I.A. 154 of 2022 stands disposed of.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to incorporate the name of the Auction Purchaser, Sri Uppa Ravana Rao, as Respondent No. 5 in the Memo of Appeal

within a week. Thereafter, service upon the newly added Respondent be effected and affidavit-of-service to that effect be filed before the next date of listing.
List the matter on 19th July, 2022.
