THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Mr. Souritra Ganguly, learned counsel for the appellant submits that a week’s time may be granted to comply the order dated 24.08.2023. However, only two days’ time is granted to comply the order dated 24.28.2023 failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed.
