Present: Shri S. K. Pandey, counsel for the appellant, Shri Sandeep Arora, counsel for the respondent-Bank,
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the notices were sent to the respondents, but receipts could not be filed. He further submits that he shall take fresh steps within a week for service of notice upon the unserved respondents through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Ordered accordingly. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
