As last opportunity, let the appellant take steps within a week for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 3 & 4 by publication in the newspaper having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date, failing which it would be presumed that the appellant does not want to press any relief against the said respondents.
