Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank has given a demand draft of Rs. 30,01,111/- to the counsel for the appellant, who shall given separate endorsement of receipt to this court, which will be taken on record. He further states that the interest on amount deposited with the Bank towards auction has not been paid in terms of the order passed by the Tribunal below.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that there is no condition for payment of interest. However, he states that he shall seek instruction from the Bank by the next date fixed.
