The office report dated 19.07.2022 shows that notices were sent to the respondent no. 3 for engaging another counsel, but there is no response to the same. Let the respondent no. 3 put in appearance and file reply by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
The said report further shows that no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 & 2-bank inspite of 06 opportunities being granted. However, one last opportunity is being granted to the counsel for the respondent-bank to file reply, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
