Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal was decided vide order dated 01.11.2018, therefore, the amount of pre-deposit Rs. 1,76,190/- be refunded to the applicant.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he has no objection, if the said application is allowed.
In view of the submission made by the counsel for the applicant, the amount deposited towards pre-deposit be refunded to the applicant at the earliest preferably within 15 days from today.
Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
