Present: Shri V. K. Shukla, counsel for the appellant, Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, counsel for the respondents no. 1 & 2-Bank,
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the amount will be refunded to the auction purchaser within two weeks as the process for refund of money is going on with the Head Office of the Bank, therefore, he prays for two weeks’ time.
List this case on 20.10.2022, on which date the amount shall be refunded by way of demand draft.
