Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that since the matter relates to the year of 2012 and the records are under search, hence he needs some time to produce the documents from very beginning when the auction purchaser was offered the auction amount and the same was refused, therefore, no interest on the auction amount is payable to the auction purchaser.
