Learned counsel for the appellant-Bank prays for some time to file rejoinder and prepare the case for final arguments.
Learned counsel for the respondents no. 1 & 2 strongly objects to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the appellant, stating that time was granted previously to the appellant for filing the rejoinder, but he has not done so.
Last opportunity is granted to the appellant for filing rejoinder within two weeks.
Put up on 12.04.2022 for rejoinder. Till then the interim order, if any passed earlier, shall remain in operation.
