Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri S. K. Srivastava is on the way.
Learned counsel for the respondents-Borrowers submits that every time when the matter is listed, the case is being adjourned on one pretext or the other and today again the same is being done on behalf of the appellant, therefore, the interim order passed earlier by this Tribunal may not be extended.
In view of the mention made, it is made clear that interim order granted earlier to the appellant is not being extended.
