Perusal of record shows that reply of the respondent no. 3 has been filed, but the notices sent to the respondent nos. 1 & 2 have returned back with the remark ‘left’. Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellants is directed to take steps for service of notice on the said respondents through publication in the newspapers having vide circulation in the area. Steps to be taken by the appellants within two weeks. Affidavit of service be filed by the next date.
