The learned counsel for the appellant-Bank has argued at length with regard to the several proceedings, which were drawn by the parties before the Tribunal below and before the Hon’ble High Court and orders passed therein. However, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no grievance up to the stage of Bank taking symbolic possession, but the sale proceedings, which were undertaken by the bank, were challenged by them, which is the point in issue in the present case.
List this case for further arguments on 13.02.2023. In the meantime, the respondents-Borrowers may file written submission, if so desired.
