Perusal of the earlier order dated 09.11.2021 shows that the notices were issued to the respondents on the restoration application. The office report dated 25.04.2022 shows that Shri Avinash Jaiswal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-Bank, but neither A.D. card nor envelops have returned back with regard to the respondent nos. 2, 3 & 4 nor affidavit of service has been filed. Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps within a week for service of notice upon the respondents no. 2, 3 & 4 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
