Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he shall file reply during course of the day.
Perusal of the earlier order dated 23.11.2022 shows that the respondent nos. 2, 3 & 4 have been noticed through paper publication, but nobody has put in appearance on their behalf. Let the said respondents put in appearance and file reply by the next date, failing which their right to file reply shall stand closed and if the Bank does not file reply within the stipulated period, their right to file reply shall also stand closed as the matter is of year 2016.
