A mention has been made by Shri Manoj Kumar Srivastava, counsel for the Allahabad bank on behalf of Shri M. K. Srivastava, counsel for the Central Bank of India, stating that he is indisposed, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Tribunal, hence he seeks adjournment today.
The previous order of this Tribunal dated 01.08.2022 indicates that reply was to be filed by the Central Bank of India, but no reply has been filed till date. Let the same be filed by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Allahabad Bank is directed to inform the counsel for the respondent-Central Bank of India about the order passed today in writing within 48 hours.
