As per order of this Tribunal dated 01.08.2022, the appeal has already been restored. The office report dated 31.10.2022 shows that in spite of paper publication, which is on record, no one is appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 3, 4-A, 4-B & 5. As per earlier order of this Tribunal dated 26.03.2021 shows that the Bank does not want to file any reply. The delay condonation application is pending consideration.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to inform Shri A. K. Pal, counsel for the respondent-Bank in writing about the order passed today within 48 hours.
