Report of the registrar dated 01.11.2022 shows that a letter dated 27.09.2022 has been received from the Under Secretary to the Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, New Delh along with copy of order dated 16.08.2022 passed by the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur, whereby the Hon’ble High Court has directed this Appellate Tribunal to restore the Appeal No. 243/2019 and decide the waiver application in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the appeal is directed to be restored to its original number.
