Present: Shri Brijesh Kumar Kesharwani, counsel for the appellant,
Perusal of the earlier order dated 26.07.2022 shows that earlier also, time was granted to the counsel for the appellant for taking steps for service of notice upon the respondents, but the same were not taken and again time was given vide order dated 26.07.2022.
The office report dated 18.10.2022 also shows that till date no steps have been taken. Learned counsel for the appellant may take fresh steps within a week for service of notice upon the respondents as per earlier order dated 29.03.2022 subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5000/-, which may be deposited in Bharat Ke Veer Fund. If steps are taken, affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
