I.A. No. 10/2022 has been filed by the appellant for taking on record the demand draft no. 071554 dated 13.01.2022 for Rs. 1,10,000/- and expedite the aforesaid case. Let the said amount be kept in the shape of FDR in the Nationalized Bank for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.
It has been intimated that the delay condonation application is pending for consideration. Let the notices be issued to the respondents on the delay condonation application by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within 15 days. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
