The office report dated 15.07.2022 shows that no vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 5 inspite of the fact that on 25.03.2022 Shri V. K. Shukla had put in appearance and sought time to file his vakalatnama. Report further shows that no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondents no. 1, 2, 3 & 4 inspite of 4 opportunities being granted. It appears that the said respondents do not intend to file reply, therefore, their right to file reply stands closed. Delay condonation application is pending consideration.
