Perusal of the order dated 13.08.2021 shows that last opportunity was granted to the respondent no. 4 to file reply. The office report dated 24.03.2022 reveals that no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4. Reply of the respondent no. 5 is on record.

Shri V. K. Shukla, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent no. 5 and submits that the earlier counsel Shri V. D. Chauhan, as he was then, has been elevated as Judge of the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court and seeks time to file his vakalatnama on behalf of the said respondent. The time as prayed for is granted.

The report further shows that the affidavit of service along with proof of paper publication has been filed, which reveals that all the respondents have duly been served, but none has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents no. 1, 2 & 3. Let the respondents, who have not filed reply, file reply by the next date. The delay condonation application is pending for consideration.
