Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed the present misc. application no. 18/2022 for direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Lucknow for disposal of the M.A. No. 111/2022 arising out from S.A. No. 643/2019 at an early date. It is contended that the S.A. No. 643/2019 was dismissed in default on 28.03.2022 and thereafter the M.A. No. 111/2022 was filed within time for restoration of the said S.A.
Be that as it may, this Tribunal has no doubt that the Presiding Officer, DRT, Lucknow shall consider and decide the M.A. No. 111/2022 arising out from S.A. No. 643/2019 most expeditiously in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the present application is disposed off.
