Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file rejoinder to the reply of the respondent no. 5 by the next date, failing which right to file rejoinder shall stands closed.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 submits that the present appeal has been filed against the consenting order, therefore, the appeal is not maintainable.
