The office report dated 15.07.2022 shows that the pleadings are complete. So far as the respondent no. 3 is concerned, the registry has intimated that notice was sent to the said respondent, but the same had returned back with remark “addressee could not be located”, but thereafter nothing has been done. Since no one is present today on behalf of the appellant, therefore, no order with regard to the service of notice upon the respondent no. 3 is being passed.
