An urgency application has been filed by the applicant stating that an amount has been deposited towards pre-deposit and the present appeal is listed for 18.07.2022, which may be preponed.
Learned counsel for the respondent-bank does not have any objection to the preponement of the date.
In view of the above, the urgency application filed by the appellant is allowed and the date already fixed i.e. 18.07.2022 is preponed to 13.05.2022 for admission.
