Present: Shri Abhay Kumar Singh, counsel for the appellants, Shri A. P. Singh, counsel for the respondent-Bank,
Perusal of the order dated 17.02.2020 shows that the notices were directed to be issued to the respondents and affidavit of service has been filed. However, no one appears on behalf of the respondent no. 3, as neither A.D. card nor envelopes have returned back. Let the fresh notice be issued to the respondent no. 3 within a week by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that the arguing counsel Shri B. K. Srivastava is indisposed, therefore, the matter be adjourned.
Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection to the adjournment on personal ground.
