The present urgency application being I.A. No. 91/2022 has been filed by the applicant stating that the appeal was listed on 13.05.2022, but the counsel for the respondent-Bank had abstained from appearing before this Tribunal. It is contended that the respondent-Bank has not filed any reply to the appeal despite their appearance from very first date and only object of the respondent-Bank is somehow to take the property of the appellant and also for closure of the running unit having about 200 labours. It is, therefore, prayed that the matter fixed for 29.08.2022 be preponed.
In view of the aforesaid, the matter fixed for 29.08.2022 is preponed to 13.07.2022 for admission.
